Hey Zoltanic, I am not well versed in reading logs with MHD since I use a JB4... but my question is why is your boost tapering so much? You have the VTT GC right? If I were to guess you have a massive boost leak somewhere. Have you done a leak test at all? Also what fuel and fueling mods have you done? Hopefully you and your tuner get this figured out.

Hey man I can only look at your logs in the excel file because I am deployed, and the internet is terrible and won't open datazapme but it still looks like you have a boost leak. but if you have tested it and if a leak isn't the issue. Have you checked your vacuum tubing to your wastegate? also is your wastegate installed properly? I am talking about the nuts on the wastegate actuator to the flap it may not be closing all the way. These are just some ideas I am far from an expert but looking at the logs the turbo is having some problems. I hope you can track down where your issue is. keep us updated!

ive presure tested the WG.. took DP off checked turbos.. Adjusted WG with pressure gun and tightened wg arm.. everything's been reinstalled twice.. New boost selonids.. Im hoping this cheap. plastic intake pipe changes something.. im waiting on https://www.ecstuning.com/b-do88-parts/do88/do88kit213s59~do/ . Im hoping this will help.. If i checked everything you recommended.. What would be the next step.. Ive taken it to shops and they all say as far as parts and install everything is good. The car feels strong. Theyre about 3 shops ive taken it to.. All pretty much waste of time and money...

Damn man, it looks like you covered a lot of the bases already... sorry to hear you are still having troubles. Are you getting any smoke from the exhaust? did you inspect the compressor blades on the turbo? does it spin easy by hand, and shaft play if you try to push or pull on the shaft? I am really at a lost if the turbo is good and you did a leak test with no leaks. Also, that link you ordered the intake piping from I don't recognize that as something that would fit our cars and the fitment on the site says it doesn't fit.

Not to try to put salt in the cut but even with the stock plastic inlet pipe your boost shouldn't be that low with a upgraded turbo. I ran my pure stage 1 on the stock pipe before they had the inlet available, and I was able to keep 14.5lbs of boost at 6500 rpm if I remember correctly. I havent been on this forum for long but i dont think VTT posts here anymore (maybe got banned?) You might just want to email them or give them a call and tell them what is going on and they should be willing to help you.

I hope you get it figured out and it is just something simple/inexpensive to correct.

https://www.ecstuning.com/b-do88-parts/do88/do88kit213s59~do/ .. e90 n55 xi .. Ya im reaching about 18-19. psi probably not on the logs but I watch it. Tuner doesn't want to turn it up because of the issue.. Only thing that you said I haven't done is the senor where the intake goes. I've changed the senor where the charge pipe goes it a 4 bar. Ive been dreading changing the one on the intake because of the price. But if you think that will help >> >?? Ill go to bmw RN and buy it .. also checked and tested turbos. I took the DP off to check for oil or bent blades.. also checked the movement of the wheel.. Pressure tested the turbos as well..

Oh yeah you are right, I didn't realize you had an E90 XI, I am surprised the pluming is that different. Oh and if you are getting 18-19 that is a lot better (I can only few the logs as an excel and it's hard to read in that format)! I think the sensor you are talking about on your intake is the MAF correct? that shouldn't be an issue unless you are getting AFR problems. Honestly though take what I say with a grain of salt and consult your tuner or someone with more experience on this than me. I have only worked on my car and luckily haven't ran into many issues along the way. Once you get your tune all setup and your inlet pipe installed, I hope you are able to get that car going top notch!
