highly suggest you contact the owner shawn if you think there is a mystery going on before you just assume, you can check the other fourm thread a couple people have met the owner of DAW and is having their turbos installed by him an dyno tuned as well, it isnt really a mystery just because he doesnt want to fight trolls online

Here's a little look at my ( Pre-Revised ) "Stage 2"

i ordered them a while back, several things including a small motorcycle accident an moving 1000 miles away have prevented me from installing them yet, not to mention my leaking valve cover gasket which might be a cracked VC since it was replaced about 10K miles ago with a fel-pro gasket..also didnt replace spark plug tubes at the time, now i have OEM Gasket/Tubes..Only waiting on my ebay Valve cover now to make sure i fix that issue

The question is if these are from this seller here or if they are direct from DAW? I'm going to pull the trigger on these tonight but i'm pretty apprehensive on the validity of this vendor

So far these fell very nice and responsive but I am chasing a boost leak around 17psi.

Even though I'm pretty sure one of my injectors is leaking like crazy. Started out as fuel smelling oil and rough cold start and now I've got an insane ticking on the passenger side. Could be my failing turbos, but I've tightened the WG a few months ago. Oh well, what's a set of injectors that cost almost as much as these turbos

Still haven't found the boost leak. Replacing my boost solenoids just to rule them out. There is a chance my VRSF air filters are the restriction so I might replace them next.

Are you running relocated inlets? I was worried about the same with my MMP relocated inlets but was assured they flow more than the turbos can. If using filters from a DCI setup, I'd say you're more than fine considering they are even larger.

Who makes the air filter? VRSF touts them as, "... the highest quality filters available on the market." Personally I'd be suspect of any filter where I didn't know the manufacture and have seen performance test results (flow, filtration). They look like K&N to me, and I stopped running those a loooooooong time ago. You might look at AFePower for the cone filters - I believe their characteristics are reasonable, but I suggest you verify that.
