Modified N53 cylinder head to fit N54 bottom end. Ported. Decked. Valve job. New super tech springs and retainers. Stock N53 cams included.

Get N54 Gasket place on head and weld up / fill jackets that don't align with N54 coolant holes. Any water jacket holes are to small port them to open to match N54 gasket. Once that is done deck the block and install. Note that manifold stud locations are different, also coolant port on block and make sure you have the correct hardware "Cams, springs ledges ect". Any machine shop can do this work.
